Dewars
Very old quarter bar in Bangalore with huge round antique tables which Raunak mentioned are probably worth 50000 each. The seats are very comfortable and if it wasn't for the not so sophisticated crowd the whole experience would be like a club house.
The place is quite small but oddly the loo is almost as big as the place itself. There also seemed to be only one waiter for the whole place. As a consequence of which the bills keep getting mixed up. We had an extra 100 odd added to our bill. So be careful to check the bill everytime.
We had 3 quarters of old monk at sixty bucks each and some excellent food. Fish fry which I thought was the best dish there was an awesome fresh surmai. The mutton pepper fry and and liver fry were also very good. Please avoid the kheema balls and prawns fry completely. They were horrid.
