This is a VFM place if you start getting nostalgic about simple home cooked food.

How to get there

On the BTM layout road towards Wipro (silk board) junction after the new AXA office.. there is a small lane. This place is on this lane.

What you get here

- Paranthas (Aloo, Mooli, Gobi) : 2 to a plate with Butter & Pickle or Curd & Pickle. 30 bucks... pay extra if you want extra butter or Curd. Extra paranthas are charged at 15bucks to a piece

- Thali : 4 phulkas (5 / 6 if you dont want rice), 1 cup rice, Dal, 2 Subzi, pickle

- Egg burji : Ask it to be made spicy and slightly roasted.. otherwise you will get a soggy & bland dish.

- Lassi / Chaas : Strictly okish and can be watery. But good to wash the food down

Generally visited by the software crowd from offices around during lunch time. As this area is full of bachelor pads, you will find all the singles landing up there for their dinner. Can get crowded later in the evening... open till about 10/1030ish.
