Shiok
Shiok is a very cool elegant place and has both a restaurant and a
lounge bar.
The restaurant was designed to give people privacy and comfort and is non
smoking section. Part of the restaurant is divided into private dining
booths with candle lights, giving everyone the chance to sit down, relax,
and enjoy their meal, without the feeling of being packed like a can of
sardines with the waiters armpit in your face.
The lounge bar is a smoking zone and severs the Bangalorians staple diet -
beer - to wine ,exotic cocktails and single malt. The music is mainly soft
but one can ask the manger to change to jazz or to whatever you feel like
listening too- other than heavy metal of course!
Trivia
Shiok" (pronounced 'she-oak') is a Malaysian-Singaporean slang word roughly
