Description: This is the stop to get rid of that hangover. They serve excellent masala bread-omlette's and masala chai. The best part being they are open long through the morning. There was also one other kind of chai (the normal kind, I suspect) but I didn't try that. I shall now try to recollect the making of the double masala omellette now. I have pictures too, if you like. Here we go.. Step Uno: The Chef heats the pan with a liberal amount of oil. Pay no notice to the quality of oil. If you do, you'll never have fun tasting the end product.
Step Deux: Batter them eggs in a bowl. Add masala in the batter if you like. Add loads of salt and chilli and beat 'em up more. Then, the chef pours them into the pan expertly and gets a nice round shape on the omlette. Pay no attention to the crud on the left side. Those are used up chai (tea) leaves.
Step Tres: For a double omlette you'll need four slices of bread. The chef dips them each in the batter, flips it over and let's it rest on the omlette. After all four slices are well set, the chef adds some more masala powder.
Step Quatre: Cooked one side, aye? Flip it over, maggot! And more masala powder. :->
Step Cinq: Okai, we're done. Cut them into 2 pieces (2 slices on each side) and serve hot on yesterday's newspaper. Ek dum fresh! :-" Yeah I know the crud on the left is rather ominous and cannot be ignored. Trust me, the chai was awesome!
