Janata bar and restaurant at Pali Naka is a standard cheap watering hole. With 5 rooms, seating is usually not a problem, with the crowd being more the college and local mixed young crowd rather than the shady bar type.
The food is decent. The alcohol is cheap. On the top two floors, the TV plays ITV so we had some fun VJing with our phones and controlling all songs for about half an hour.
