Shirsagar
This place has NO veg food. That's right NOTHING. ZILCH. Not even a token veg dish.
It has about 50 seafood, chicken and mutton dishes in Maharashtrian - Kolhapuri and Malvani style. You get everything from oyesters to shellfish to mussels here.
My favourite here is the Mutton Masala which is in a distinctly Kolhapuri style.

The first time I was there I had Kombdi Wade. I was expecting a Malvani type of dish but the Chicken was in distinctly Kolhapuri style. Spicy with thick gravy. The Wade were just okish but the Chappatis I ordered later were awesome. Thin almost like roomali Roti. I had two just with the gravy.
Cost: Kombdi Wade + 2 Chappatis + Sol Kadi == 53 rupees only!

In my later visits I tried out various seafood and mutton dishes. I would rank the mutton masala as the signature dish.
There exists this concept of "wati rice" in this place where you can order a very small bowl of rice. Just enough for one person without making you too full. Excellent concept.
It's one of few good Maharashtrian non-veg food restaurants left
Trivia: The owner is supposed to be related to the owner of Anant Ashram in Girgaum.
Note: It is closed on Mondays.
