Description:

Bharat Boarding’s Fish Land is a “vfm” (value for money) joint, located near worli naka in Mumbai. It’s a small joint which offers very some very good seafood. The crowd which usually frequents this outlet is officegoer’s from the vicinity.

Tightly packet during lunch hours, this eating place has an extensive menu of “thali’s” offering, pomfret, ravas, surmai, crabs & shells. A pomfret masala thali (Rs.60/-) will have a full medium sized pomfret, 3 chappati’s, 1 veg, solkadi and rice, totally vfm for such a paltry amount. Their bombil fry & prawns fry are a good side dish, which could be ordered while you wait for your thali to arrive. Other than chappati one can even opt for Roti, Neer Dosa (Rs.20) for four or Kori Roti. Chicken Kori Roti (Rs.50) Prawns Gassi with Neer Dosa (Rs.60) Crab Gassi with Neer Dosa (Rs.60) are some of the other options. For a few experimentive foodies, they even have, Pomfret Chilly (Rs.70), Crab Chilly (Rs.70), & Prawns Chilly (Rs.70), which as per them is South Indian Style, I found it a bit too salty but a few of my colleagues like it. Their Crab Masala is fiery blend of spices, which should be tried if you have ample time to enjoy your meal. They should try to improve their "solkadi" which is not upto the mark. I have been here mostly during lunch hours.
