Silk Route

Summary: Possibly the best Chinese food in Pune
Description:

Koregaon Park is known for its sprinkling of speciality restaurants. This one is not to be missed.

The interiors are very cozy and intimate. The service is excellent. They have a sort of lounge on the upper storey - but I have never eaten there.

The food is simply superb! I have tried Chinese and Thai here - and have never been disappointed. I find the experience and food quality better than Mainland China.

The place is a bit expensive - so go there on some occasion...

The Den

Summary: Denning and dining at the den ... a time to remember ... for those who love silent nights with REAL GREAT MUSIC !
Description: A grand, royal looking lounge bar... a little decked up place which serves some real good starters and platters .. both veg and non-veg are apparently amazing...! A variety of cocktails and mocktails to sip in while the music and the soft lights take you high. On an expensive side and might prove heavy for pockets of those who wanna hop aroung to eat.. Spinach curls officialy proven delicious ( a little oiled though!) ... do not missss!!! But the grandeur doesnt end in music and servings .. even the menu card and bill presentation are eye-catchy!!

Chingari - Zara Hatke

| | | | | |
Summary: Rustic ambience.. serves standard food with great taste.....
Description: Menu: What you get at any upmarket restaurant in pune...starters , indian veg / non veg , combined with chinese starters and main course. No alcohol served (dont have permit!), standard mocktails. The pluses : Ambience is very earthy but should be dimly lit up in the night ( havent been there after dusk!).. ,Taste is classy and refined .. There are three levels of seating here. Roadside chair/table combo , a little higher wrought iron chairs and tables and the low level (diwan style) seating for a large group! I loved the butter naans(softest ever) , paneer amritsari(starter)... The misses : The people dont know what they are serving....the menu lacks description where the names are not self explanatory! Subz biryani was a dissappointment for me..(no sabji!)
